Abstract

Course syllabus for MEDT 440 Clinical Microscopy (Hematology and Urinalysis Application)

Course description: A graduate medical technologist should be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of simple and complex laboratory analyses and assume responsibility for test results. This course is the final in a series of practical experiences in clinical microscopy in which the student will be given the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge gained in previous classes to routine work flow situations in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood collection.
