Abstract
Course syllabus for MEDT 320 Medical Technology Practicum I
Course description: This course introduces the student to routine hematology procedures such as, manual cell counts, blood cell morphology, differentials, sickle cell preps and erythrocyte sedimentation rates . Routine urinalysis procedures will also be performed. The principles of testing and clinical applications of test results will be discussed as they apply throughout the course .
