Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 301 Principles of Management
Course description: This course is an introduction to classical management, behavioural science and management sciences. It provides a review of the fundamental functions of management, emphasizing the interrelationship among the various functions of management, viz., Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling. The impact of the organization upon the participants and the impact of participants upon the organization are examined and studied. The course also examines the management science approach of solving production and operational management problems.
