Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 401A Organizational Behavior
Course description: Organizational Behavior deals with the interrelationship between individual, group and organizational behavior. It also deals with the development of the creative and productive potential of employees, and the changing dimensions of business. The course will provide an analytical framework for understanding environmental influences upon individuals in plants, offices and service areas. Ideas for developing and maintaining more effective organizational structures are investigated.
