Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 401 Organizational Behavior
Course description: This course seeks to develop an understanding of the behavior of people in organizations. In addition to analyzing the behavior, the course will discuss organizational motivation, leadership, group behavior, communication, and decision making, among others.
The course consists essentially of four components:
- Introduction to organizational behavior
- Individual behavior, decision-making, and motivation
- Group behavior, work teams, leadership, and conflict management
- Organization structure, culture, and human resource policies
