Course syllabus for MGMT 401 Organizational Behavior
Course description: Analyzes the behavior of people in organizations. Discusses organizational motivation, leadership, group behavior, communication, and decision making. This is an extension and intensification of the behavioral portion of Management 301, Introduction to Management Strategies. Prerequisite Management 301.
