Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 423A Compensation and Incentive Systems
Course description: Deals with a wide range of pay theories together with certain precise methods of building compensation scales. Introduces the pay survey and requires development of a group project. Considers problems of compensation and fringe benefits in times of high inflation.
