Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 423 Compensation and Incentive Systems
Course description: Acquaints the student with a wide range of pay theories with certain methods of compensation systems. Introduces the pay survey and job evaluation techniques. Considers problems of compensation and fringe benefits.
