Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 443 Production and Inventory Control Systems
Course description: Mainstream topics in Production and Operations management are addressed in cases chosen to appeal to the fundamental aspects of manufacturing and service business. The cases selected for this class cover subjects of process analysis, production planning, quality management and management of technology. Special emphasis will be placed on implementing workplace change and turnaround management.
