Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 301B Introduction to Management Strategies
Course description: This course introduces the evolution of the study of the field of management from the classical management approach to entrepreneurship. Management is analyzed in depth as a process defined by the four traditional functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The core theme throughout this course is the management of quality and competitiveness.
