Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 525 Collective Bargaining
Course description: The study of collective bargaining is approached through the analysis of two situations: handicraft industry and craft unionism, massive production industry, and industrial unionism. Differences are noted in the distributive, extractive, and service industries and among professional associations.
