Abstract
Course syllabus for MGMT 550A Women in the Workplace
Course description: Women in the Workplace is designed to demonstrate the history, ethical issues and progression of women integrating into our modern day workplaces. This course will explore women's issues in the workplace from a social and economic perspective, family/work balance, sexual harassment implications, ethical considerations, types of professions, studies of female business leaders, organizational issues and the role of government as it impacts women's issues in the workplace. This course will utilize case studies as well as assigned readings.
