Course syllabus for MGMT 550 Dynamics of Organization Change

Course description: In this course students will explore the dynamics of organizational change, including looking at several approaches to organization change. They will also explore the nature and dynamics of change in organizations and the relationship of personal change to organizational change. They will learn how to model organizations as systems and to explore these models in various ways.
