Course syllabus for MGMT 810/550 Global Organizational Behavior: Strategic and Cultural Change

Course description: This is the second course in the Leadership Development Institute. The course will bring together students from DHS to continue studying effective management, learning and communication skills. It will include change processes, chaos and order; the role of information; the power of shared vision; the power of relationships and community partnerships; and strategic and cultural change and impacts over time.
