Abstract
Course syllabus for MIS 370B Management Information Systems
Course description: The purpose of the course is to prepare management students to be effective exploiters of information technology (IT) now and in the future. We examine how IT can be used to provide solutions to business problems and opportunities for companies by increasing productivity, increasing the quality of goods and services, and enabling business process reengineering. The emphasis is on innovative uses of IT and using IT to change and improve business processes.
