Course syllabus for NURS 840 Nursing Administration II

Course description: Concepts of human behavior in organizations, influences of individual behavior, group and professional identification, leadership skills, professionals in bureaucracies, and interorganizational relationships are examined. Problems in administration of nursing service are analyzed by using the tools of administrative technology in the practice setting.
