Course syllabus for NURS 430 Episodic Nursing

Course description: Emphasis is on development of the nurse's role and functions in illness management in order to meet the special needs of seriously ill persons and maximize their independence and quality of life. Critical thinking, communication, therapeutic intervention, ethics, and coordination of care constitute the framework for student learning.
