Abstract
Course syllabus for NURS 740 Concepts in Advanced Nursing Practice
Course description: Integrates conceptual complexities of health maintenance, promotion, and restoration; incorporating knowledge from biological, behavioral, cultural, and environmental sciences; nursing; and research dynamics. Evaluates multidimensional health care client needs with nursing interventions throughout the life span and along the health-illness continuum. Formalizes knowledge, concepts, and clinical judgments needed for advanced nursing practice.
