Abstract
Spinal muscle atrophy (SMA) is a condition relating to the progressive loss of motor function. The purpose of this retrospective case report is to examine the outcomes of physical therapy interventions through implementation of a four-week whole-body vibration (WBV) protocol in combination with physical activity to maintain strength and preserve motor function in a child.
