Abstract
The purpose of this case study was to examine the outcomes of conservative physical therapy management for a 50-year-old male with a severe case of bilateral adhesive capsulitis in order to further understand the effectiveness of treatment on functional outcomes for individuals with concurrent hypothyroidism.
