Abstract
Course syllabus for ART 563 Painting: Multi-level
Course description: This course is for students of varying levels of artistic development. Students will be expected to express themselves visually in their works and demonstrate ability to analyze and criticize their works and those of others in class discussion and individual proposals.
Attention will be given to the special problems in painting faced by the student at this point in his/her development. Particular emphasis will be placed on the treatment of space and composition, as well as the relationship of form and content. Course is repeatable with instructor's approval.
