Course syllabus for MEDT 440 Special Projects

Course description: This course is the last in a series of practicums which cover the skills and theory of clinical laboratory science. With faculty guidance, the student will design his own project, conduct the project, and evaluate the experience. The student will select from a variety of clinical laboratory topics. The purpose of the project is either to pursue an area of special interest to the student or to expand the student's clinical skills in other laboratory environments.
